PPG-15 Stearyl Ether (CAS 25231-21-4) is lipophilic nonionic polyether surfactant synthesized by propoxylation of stearyl alcohol. It is pale yellow oily liquid with outstanding lubricating, moisturizing, solubilizing and dispersing properties. It delivers smooth, non-greasy skin feel, forms breathable hydrophobic protective film to lock skin moisture. It has excellent compatibility with all oil-phase cosmetic raw materials, can reduce product viscosity and improve spreadability of cream, lotion and color cosmetics. For industrial field, it acts as softener, lubricant and solubilizer for textile, plastic and metal processing oil.
